Morni Hills is the only hill station in Haryana, in Panchkula district at 1,220 metres in the Shivalik foothills. It is 45 km from Chandigarh via NH-5 and State Highway 1 \u2014 about 1.5 hours by road. The main draws are Tikkar Taal’s twin lakes, Morni Fort (now a nature museum, free entry) and the drive itself. One important 2026 update: the Morni Adventure Park has been closed for renovation since May 2025 and is being rebuilt under a government tourism scheme, so plan around it.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
