- All bathrooms are well-ventilated via the presence of exhaust fans.

COMMON AREAS 
- The villa features an expansive living room based on the ground floor. 
- The room with its sofa-style seating can accommodate up to 15 respectively. 
- The living room is equipped with a TV, AC, and Wi-Fi. 
- The dining room is a separate area on the ground floor. It also features an outdoor seating area. 
- This room can accommodate up to 6 people indoors and 6 outdoors. 
- There are two balconies with amazing views on the ground floor and first floor of this property. 
- Both balconies have ample seating arrangements for up to 5 &amp; 3 people respectively. 
- Take a relaxing dip in the private pool which is 25 x 12 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.&nbsp; 
- Take part in an array of outdoor activities on the 4000sq.ft lawn.

KITCHEN 
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.&nbsp; 
- It is equipped with a purifier, crockery and cutlery. 
 
FOOD 
- Vegetarian meals are priced at Rs. 2200 per person, per day. 
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.

GUEST ACCESS 
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. 
 
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS 
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.&nbsp;

STAFF ACCOMMODATION 
We cannot provide staff accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES

- All rooms have queen-size beds. There are also 3 sofa beds which guests can use.

BATHROOMS 
- There are 3 private attached bathrooms in the villa. 
- There is also 1 shared bathroom in the villa. 
- The bathrooms are absolutely neat and tidy. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and toiletries.

COMMON AREAS 
- The living room has seating arrangements for 9 people.

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we&rsquo;d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! 
- The villa is located in a secluded area. 
- This property has two units with two bedrooms each. 
- This is not a pet-friendly property. 
- In case of a power outage, the 40KVA generator can support all appliances for up to 12 hours. 
- Additionally, the inverter can also support all appliances for up to 10 hours. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. 
- All mobile networks work fairly here. 
- Guests are advised to remain cautious of any bugs, insects, or animals as the home is surrounded by natural vegetation. 
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. 
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Cooking and reheating of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.&nbsp; 
- This is a standalone property. 
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes. 
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.

HOUSE RULES 
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. 
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.&nbsp; 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.&nbsp; 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.&nbsp; 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES 
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. 
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. 
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. 
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. 
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. 
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. 
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. 
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. 
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.&nbsp; 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.&nbsp;
