A Future Stay Voucher (FSV) is a credit issued by StayVista that allows you to rebook a stay at any of our properties across India. Instead of receiving a refund to your original payment method, you can choose an FSV, which offers added flexibility for future travel.
If you opt for an FSV, the full refund amount will be credited to the voucher, whereas bank refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee.

Guests can cancel or reschedule their booking through the web check-in link sent to their registered mobile number on WhatsApp.
Steps to Cancel or Reschedule:
Step 1- Click on ‘Cancel My Booking’ or ‘Reschedule My Booking’ tab.
Step 2- Provide your reason for cancellation—this helps us explore alternatives so you may not have to cancel. If you're certain about cancelling, you can skip this step.
Step 3- Choose your refund option
Step 4- Confirm your cancellation.
Note: If you do not see the option to cancel or reschedule, it means your booking has exceeded the timeframe within which StayVista allows modifications.
The security deposit is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking and the check-out time is followed. To receive the full refund, the number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
