BATHROOMS 
There are 3 ensuite and 1 common bathroom designed in the style of open bathrooms, seamlessly integrating nature and comfort. 
Each bathroom is equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries for the guests&#39; convenience.&nbsp;

LIVING ROOM 
It is built in a way that benefits from natural insulation, which keeps it cool in hot weather and keeps it warm during colder seasons. 
In line with its sustainable living concept, this space is equipped with fans and Wi-Fi, although it doesn&#39;t include an AC. 
It can seat up to 8 people comfortably and also features a cosy dining area.

KITCHEN 
Guests can access the kitchen only for reheating purposes. 
It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. 
Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

POOL 
Nestled beneath a canopy of trees, this pool provides a refreshing escape from the scorching heat, allowing you to unwind in a serene natural setting. 
It is 24x15 ft. in size and up to &nbsp;4.5 ft. deep. Guests can access the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM. 
There is a 12x12 ft. kids&rsquo; pool as well with a depth of 2.5 ft.

LAWN 
Complimenting the earthen structure of the property, the lawn creates a perfect harmony of comfort and nature. 
Expansive and inviting, this 28x30 sq. ft. space offers a haven for indulging in outdoor activities such as badminton, and nature walks. 
There is an orchard too where guests can enjoy fruit and vegetable picking.

ADD-ON SERVICES 
- All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. 
- A barbeque kit/grill can be provided for an extra charge.

- In adherence to the open-space concept, the bedrooms in this setting do not include doors, promoting a free-flowing and interconnected living space. 
- All-male groups are not allowed. 
- This is a pet-friendly property. 
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. 
- In case of a power outage, the 15 KVA generator can provide power backup for 24 hours. 
- All mobile networks work well here. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi (Jio Dongle). Network is subject to availability at any given time. 
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.&nbsp; 
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. 
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as pet hair may fall in the food. 
- Please carry your pet&rsquo;s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. 
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

Nestled in a lesser known Suswa valley, surrounded by the Shivaliks and the Himalayan foothills, 20 km from Dehradun is Dudley Manor. Boasting of its picturesque location and lychee orchards amidst the organic farm, Dudley Manor overlooks the Himalayas. Taking one back to the roots and enjoying the simple yet often forgotten joys of life, the property has a multitude of activities to keep the guests engaged and bring them closer to an organic, holistic and sustainable living. Being a 100% organic farmstay, most produce comes from the family owned farms. 
 
The property tries to recreate many old world experiences for the guests such as tractor rides, pottery, working on the farms and picnics near the river. One can also learn traditional village cooking hosted by the owner Mrs. Jaya Singh which would include cooking on a traditional &#39;chulha&#39; and involve recipes for seasonal food, a speciality of the Garhwal region. As the property rears its own cows, those interested can experience milking of the cows, making of butter and butter milk. Guests also have access to the badminton court, football field and board games available at the property. 
 
To create employment and support empowerment within the village, the staff at the property are from within the village and all activities are also conducted either by the hosts or professionals from the village trained by the hosts.

- The bathroom has temperature controlled flooring and geysers for hot water supply.

- Guests are not allowed to cook at the villa.

- Guests are requested to adhere to the meal timings.&nbsp;

- Please note that, if guests wish to opt-in for these activities, they will need to inform at least 24 hours prior to their check-in.

- There are 2 friendly dogs present at the property. They are unchained. However, they can be kept in a different area if needed.&nbsp; 
- Guests are advised to buy alcohol before reaching the villa as the market is away from the villa. 
- We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular network works fairly well. 
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here.

Guest Access: 
- Guests have access to their cottage and other common areas of the property. 
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to books, games and swimming pool.
