- The villa has 3 bedrooms - 2 are on the ground floor and 1 is on the top floor. 
- All bedrooms offer air conditioners. 
- 2 bedrooms have an attached balcony and queen-sized beds and 1 bedroom has a twin bed.&nbsp;

Bathrooms: 
- The villa has 3 private bathrooms. 
- All bathrooms have modern fixtures with geysers for hot water supply. 
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided.

Living Room: 
- The villa has two living areas, of which one is on the ground floor and one on the top floor. 
- The living room on the ground floor has a seating arrangement for 5 people and the living room on the top floor has a seating arrangement for 8 people. 
- A flat-screen TV is available in the living area on the first floor. 
- The dining table can seat 8 people. 
- Indoor games like Jenga, Mahjong, carrom and other board games are available.

Kitchen &amp; Meals: 
- The kitchen is equipped with a cooking range, refrigerator, oven, microwave and a purifier for drinking water. 
- Crockery is available for 12 people.&nbsp; 
- Guests can prepare their own meals in the kitchen at no additional charges. 
- Guests are allowed to cook and consume vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food. 
- A chef can be arranged at additional charge, subject to availability.&nbsp; 
- The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.

Pool and Lawn:

House Rules: 
- No loud music or shouting is allowed in the villa premises after 10 PM. 
- No smoking indoors. 
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Guests may smoke outdoors. 
- Plucking of fruits and flowers from the orchard is strictly not allowed. 
- IDs are required for all guests. 
- No glass objects/crockery can be carried around the pool area.

- While this is a standalone, wheelchair-friendly homestay, guests must provide prior intimation of requiring the same before arrival. 
- The Figueiredo House homestay has a total of 8 guest rooms, including one family suite which has 2 double rooms. It can accommodate up to 17 guests on double occupancy. Each room is self-contained and may be booked individually.&nbsp; 
- An extra bed in a room can be provided on request and at an extra charge. Guests are advised to enquire about charges at the time of booking. Mattresses on the floor are not permitted. 
- Note that guests may get a different guest room than the one shown, as room allotment is subject to availability. 
&nbsp;- Guests are requested to refrain from drying wet clothes and towels on the furniture/ floor in the rooms or in the common areas. Guests may ask housekeeping for drying space in the rear garden. 
- Bath towels are changed every 2 days. 
- Please ensure that fans, lights, and air-conditioners are switched off when you are not in the room. 
- All room windows are fitted with mosquito netting. However, the homestay is located near fields, hence guests are requested to remain cautious of bugs and insects, especially during the monsoon. 
- The common indoor areas are not air-conditioned. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here. Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. 
- In case of a power outage, the 3.5 KVA inverter can support a light and a fan in each room for up to 3 hours. Power points to charge phones are available only at reception.

- For your safety, 11 CCTV cameras have been placed around public and perimeter areas of the house to monitor and protect the villa against theft and intrusion. &nbsp; As part of this security system, video from all cameras is recorded and stored for review as needed. &nbsp;The Indian Navy is our immediate neighbour and this offers a high level of security for our villa premises. &nbsp;Finally, 2 of our staff members are in residence at all times, which further adds to the security of the villa. 
- To use the Wi-Fi, connect to the following usernames for best access. The password lies with the caretaker. (Kinara Main - for Living, Dining, Al Fresco Dining, Kinara Gazebo - for Poolside and entire Deck Area, Poolside Bedroom - Ground Floor, Riverside Bedroom - Ground Floor, Blue Bedroom &ndash; 1st Floor, Yellow Bedroom &ndash; 1st Floor.) 
- Every bedroom has a wall switch (marked with a blue dot) that turns on/off power to the AC. Once you turn it on, the stabilizer protecting the AC will take a few minutes to allow power to reach the AC. After this time lag, the AC Remote becomes operational. The caretaker can help you if there&rsquo;s any confusion. 
- Switch on the wall switch in the bathroom marked with a red dot at least half an hour before you need to take a bath to get hot water.

BEDROOMS 
- There are 6 bedrooms in the villa &ndash; 2 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor. 
- All bedrooms have ACs. 
- 3 bedrooms have an attached balcony. 
- All rooms have attached bathrooms. 
- 3 rooms have king-size beds, while 2 rooms offer double-beds. The sixth room has a queen-size bed. The villa also has a sofa bed that can be used to sleep.

BATHROOMS 
- There are 6&nbsp;private attached bathrooms in the villa. 
- There&rsquo;s also 1 shared bathroom in the villa on the ground floor. 
- The bathrooms are absolutely neat and tidy. 
- All bathrooms have electric geysers, towels and toiletries.

COMMON AREAS 
- The living room has a flat-screen TV, portable music system, AC and WiFi accessibility and a balcony.&nbsp; 
- It has seating arrangements for up to 6-7 people. 
- The villa has a private pool for guests to use. 
- There&rsquo;s a private lawn where guests can unwind.

KITCHEN 
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and bottled water. 
- Guests can prepare their own meals in the kitchen at no additional charges. 
- Crockery is available for 12-14 people.

FOOD 
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.

- Please inform us about your meal preferences well in advance so we are well prepared to serve you.

GUEST ACCESS 
- The guests have access to the entire villa, as well as the pool and lawns. 
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. 
 
HOUSE RULES 
- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM. 
- Drinking is allowed at the villa. 
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. However, you can smoke outdoors. 
- Pets are not allowed. 
- All-male groups are not allowed.&nbsp; 
- College students are not permitted to stay at the villa. 
 
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS 
The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION 
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ACTIVITIES 
Within the property, guests can enjoy a dip in their private pool, games such as Monopoly, carrom, and music. One can also head out to experience all that Goa has to offer as the villa is very conveniently located.

HOME TRUTHS 
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we&rsquo;d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! 
- There&nbsp;are CCTV cameras in the indoor and outdoor area for security purposes. 
- The pool depth goes up to 5 ft. Caution is advised, especially if children are staying at the villa. 
-The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. 
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. 
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. 
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. 
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. 
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. 
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

Wings on Water, it is not an overstatement to say, is the holiday home of your dreams. This beautifully decorated home lies on the banks of a river where Wader birds nest. What adds to the charm of the place is the fact that the outhouse was originally a ferry jetty and used until the adjacent bridge was built. On some of the wooden columns, even today, one can see the dates written way back to 1937! Lounge by the pool and enjoy a relaxing getaway at this holiday home.&nbsp;

- The pool is 32x19 ft. in size and 5.5 ft. in depth. Guests can access the pool till 10 PM. 
- There is a lawn and a balcony. Outdoor furniture for 14 people is available.

KITCHEN 
- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. 
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, a gas stove, a microwave and a water purifier. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD 
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. 
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. 
- A personal cook is available to prepare local specialities and a delicious spread of home-cooked meals all day, at an additional charge.

- This property is not suitable for pets.&nbsp; 
- There are 2 friendly resident dogs at the villa premises. 
- There is a CCTV camera that captures the lawn, pool and outhouse exterior for security purposes.&nbsp; 
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 24 hours and the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 8 hours. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.&nbsp; 
- The bed linen and towels will be changed every three days. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability.&nbsp; 
 
HOUSE RULES 
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. 
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors. Smoking indoors is not permitted. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.&nbsp; 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.&nbsp; 
- No breakable glasses, crockery or cutlery is allowed near the pool. 
- Guests should not attempt to feed the resident dogs at the property.
