In light of recent developments along India’s northern borders, several airports in the region have temporarily suspended operations. A total of 32 airports across northern and western India are closed for all civilian flight operations. This closure is in effect until 5:29 am IST on 15 May 2025.

Several airports in northern India, particularly those in Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, and parts of Himachal Pradesh, are currently not operating regular flights. These closures are in place as a safety measure and may continue for an undetermined period.
